Massimiliano Mangia
Grown up on bread and motorsport, Max is a Vehicle Engineer specialised in Vehicles Development. His passion drove him from the start to put himself on the line, either as a pilot
driving go-karts and his personal car, taking part in various events, or as engineer.
During his university period he took part in the Formula Student team of his university, the Racing Team of the Polytechnic of Turin, in
quality of driver and chassis engineer. He subsequently joined the “Team 037 Hybrid”, a team
with the aim of transforming a Lancia 037 Rally into a modern, more performing AWD hybrid car in the
which was mainly concerned with the suspension aspect.
Currently during the week he
develops vehicle dynamics models for high performance cars for a well-known Maranello-based company
and the remaining days he is often busy on race weekends as Race Engineer.
Sergio Gabriele Di Dato
Sergio brings with him experience gained on kart racing tracks all over Italy. On the track since he was thirteen years old, during his racing activity he won a 100cc Unica National ENDAS Trophy and two regional championships in 2010 and 2012, when he race engineered two American drivers. Graduated in Automotive Engineering with specialization in Vehicle Dynamics, he took part in the Formula SAE project of his university, the Racing Team of the Polytechnic of Turin, as suspension engineer and driver of a fully electric 4WD car. He is currently employed as an engineering consultant at a well-known automotive company in Modena and he is always on the track during the weekend as a Karting Sporting Steward.
